EC-TACIS	Drafting of a regulation for EIA	Assignment involved provision of policy advice and assistance to the Ministry of Nature Use and Environmental Protection in Turkmenistan regarding the application of EIA to projects in the oil and gas sector. Work entailed preparation of a normative (legal) procedure for the EIA of proposed oil and gas facilities, involved extensive inter-ministry discussions, visits to existing oil and gas facilities.
