| EBRD | Capacity-building | Study tour, co-ordination and technical assistance, water management for Ministry of Agriculture, Czech Republic - established links with various bodies in the UK regulatory, legal and technical communities in order to assess regulatory best practice, legal approaches to setting standards and to review availability of technical assistance. After initial consultations in the Czech Republic a study tour (accompanied/facilitated) was organised within the UK including water companies, technical and management consultants, DoE, HMIP, NRA and Czech Embassy. |
