The course was based on the existing HSE system of the company and was used to facilitate the implementation of the company HSE system

Activities included policy review, manual preparation, and development of procedures. To support implementation, various awareness workshops were developed and given, at different levels, including for senior managers, staff, contractors and suppliers. Successfully certified to ISO 14001 by SGS. Further specialist support provided: EIA, internal auditing, and programmes on waste minimisation and energy conservation.
